Managing Stress is important since we can¡¯t avoid gaining it. My way to relive stress is spinning, it is an activity which is riding indoor bike with music. Spinning makes me feel energetic. After spinning I feel exhausted but also refreshed. Also, I think being positive is a good way to manage stress. I try not to be so sensitive about what people saying. I think playing sports or exercising is a good way to manage stress.

Even I am sociable person, I have been experienced some conflicts. In most cases, I don¡¯t take too much action after I notice some conflicts seem to begin. I concentrate as much as I can on understanding the other people by listening to them.
But I try to resolve the conflict within a day. No one enjoys conflicts, so I think talking about the issue carefully after few hours helps. Because we can share our feeling in more calm state. if we try to consider each other¡¯s opinion, we can accept differences.
